I was interviewed for my first job at papa johns and it was rather simple. They were trying to determine whether I would be a competent employee or not. They asked basic questions like what previous work have you done, and what would you bring to the table. Do you work well with others? Those types of questions. The interview was successful because it was a Q and A. Quick back and forth between the interviewer and the interviewee. Which I think really helped not only in its efficiency but also in its effectiveness. Interviews are very useful and would provide valid usable information for my project and I intend on taking advantage of that.
