Research in English 102 has really changed how I conduct it, and projects like it. Taking things in pieces and breaking them down really puts perspective and helps the writer take a longer and more effortful look at what is actually being written and what research needs to be conducted. The combination of research in both primary and secondary research categories is an existing new tool that I will use for future projects beyond the confinements of an english class. The use of the word “text” has changed from something small to something much larger in requirement. It is not as simple as it was before.
