Image of a gap
The research I have done in both secondary and primary categories have responded to the question of “What is causing an increase in addiction during the pandemic, and what steps can be taken to prevent it” in great detail. The research has effectively answered what has caused the increase and what needs to be done in order to reduce and recover the addicts from their respective addictions. There is not a noticeable gap in research, however, there can be more to be done in order to fully understand addiction in its entirety. As time is limited, I will try to conduct more secondary research on addiction itself to clarify some things with the audience on the physiological nuances of addiction.
